» apt-get segmentation fault — by aphesz

Base Distro: Ubuntu 5.10
Kernel: 2.6.19-geekz (custom)
guys/gals, there seems to be a bug in Debian’s apt application in which would returns a Segmentation Fault error after a long update / upgrade or after a while of using it. I just had that problem few minutes ago. both apt-get & apt-cache returns segfault errors
root@home:/var/cache/apt# apt-get upgrade
