I Don’t know how they accomplished that, but I know it CAN be done on Windows using a program called TrayIt! It’s a simple program that sends open windows to the sytem tray, with a few other options. If you were to right click on the minimize button of an open window, you’d see a “Set window attributes” item. Click on it, and Voila! Transparency
