The CFP for HITBSecConf2008 – Dubai is now open. HITBSecConf – Dubai is
the premier network security event for the Middle East region and an
extension to our Malaysian conference. Our 2008 event is expected to
attract over 300 attendees from around the EMEA region and will see 2
keynote speakers in addition to 20 deep-knowledge technical presentations
over two-days.

Being a deep-knowledge technical conference, talks that are more
technical or that discuss new and never before seen attack methods are
of more interest than a subject that has been covered several times
before. Summaries not exceeding 250 words should be submitted
(in plain text format) to cfp -at- hackinthebox.org for review and
possible inclusion in the programme.

Submissions are due no later than 1st January 2008. For further details,

Some of you might be experiencing the same problem like this:

(See video below)

You need to a flashplayer enabled browser to view this YouTube video

I just figured it out that if you are having the same problem like the video above, What you can do now? :-

1. Do not format your pro duo memstick yet

2. Change the UPDATE.PBP (currently using 1.5 firmware) to use the 2.71 EBOOT.PBP and rename it to UPDATE.PBP in your Pro Duo Mem Stick and you have to do this right before you run the Pandora Recovery menu..

3. And of course you have to use the Jigkick’s Batt

4. Congrats! now you can update to which custom firmwares as you like.

Updated:-

Now I managed to get my psp back on 3.52 M33-4 firmware.

If any of you especially Malaysian people around KL area need to fix their psp let me know by emailing me at omen[at]omenix.org
